PacMan ASSOCIATES have acted as the overall project co-ordinators and construction managers for all Gulf Harbour buildings from the beginning of this prestigious Project development. To achieve the high quality of building sought by the Client, extensive use of "tilt up" concrete wall construction technique were specified. PacMan's role in this development included the liaison with numerous design consultants, overall and detailed site planning and monitoring of the progress, procurement of all major products and subtrade work and ongoing administration and monitoring of al building works. This also included internal fitout, landscaping, carparks and associated siteworks.

The Marine Village Housing Project Phases 1, 2, 3 and 4 provides 111 number separate fully fitted out apartments that overlook a newly formed canal. Owners of the apartments generally have a boat berth in front of their homes and the Village created has Mediterranean style. Further phases are to be constructed.

TOWN CENTRE STAGE 1

The Town Centre Stage 1 Project comprises four separate buildings linked at upper floors by bridges constructed in a U shape forming an open air Plaza which gives public access down to the canal edge. The 2 upper floors form a 36 room boutique hotel fully fitted out with fixtures and fittings. Conference facilities were included. The ground floor provides retail space along with extensive landscaping and carparking.

The Country Clubhouse Project is a three story building that provides 2 squash courts, a gymnasium, an indoor swimming pool, spa and sauna, locker room facilities, a billiards room and games room, a V.I.P. room, along with the golf clubhouse main bar, kitchen, lounge, restaurant and Spring bar, all completed to a very high standard of finish. Also provided is extensive siteworks and landscaping, a pro-shop, driving range facilities, 2 tennis courts and associated carparking.
