PROPOSED INTERNATIONAL FIVE
STAR HOTEL,

PacMan acted as the design managers and project co-ordinators for a
proposed 200 bedrooms, 5 star hotel development on the
downtown Suva foreshore including selecting consultants on
behalf of the Client, the co-ordination of a detailed
design, cost plan and feasibility studies. |

THE PARC - STAGE 1,
AUCKLAND, VALUE $24 MILLION |

PacMan were engaged as the Client Representative and Engineer to the contract by the joint venture
developers of The Parc project located in the prestigious
Viaduct in central Auckland, to provide overall project
co-ordination and administration services.
The project involved the overall demolition of the site
and construction of a basement car park for 210 cars over
which was constructed the podium from which 12 separate
residential blocks were to be constructed. Stage 1 also
involved the construction of 5 of the residential blocks
comprising 4 retail spaces and 46 separate apartments
along with the associated landscaped internal park and
recreational facilities. |

BLEDISLOE BUILDING
REFURBISHMENT,
AUCKLAND, VALUE $8 MILLION |

PacMan acted as the Project Manager for the
refurbishment of an 8 story Building in downtown Auckland.
This engagement required phasing the refurbishment of each
floor to suit tenancy agreements. The refurbishment
included the central lobby and building services as well
as the external facade. |

HERITAGE GRAND HOTEL,
AUCKLAND, VALUE $35 MILLION |

PacMan were engaged as Client Representative and Engineer to the contract by the developer of the Heritage Grand hotel in central Auckland.
This project was awarded as a
Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with design novated to the contractor. Soon after award the contractor agreed with the Client to complete one month ahead of the contract completion date in order for the hotel to be opened and used immediately for the APEC heads of government conference.
This earlier completion was achieved and the entire project completed to the high standards required all within 16 months. |
