TE MATAURANGA PRIMARY SCHOOL,

PaCMan were engaged by the Auckland office of
the Ministry of Education to oversee the planning, design
and construction on a green field site, a new primary
school at Finlayson Avenue, South Auckland.
Concept designs were sought from designers by
PaCMan and the
successful design incorporated a central street theme that
has been widely recognized as highly successful.
The new school comprising 15 classrooms, administration
areas, hall, library, site works, landscaping and parking
was all completed on time and under budget. |

UNIVERSITY OF OTAG0,
SWIMMING FLUME PROJECT,

PaCMan acted as programmer, administer and
overseer for the fabrication, erection and commissioning
of a swimming tank (flume) for University of Otago. This
facility is being used for swimmers training for events
such as the Commonwealth Games. |

TAURANGA INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL REDEVELOPMENT,
TAURANGA, VALUE $3.2 MILLION |

PaCMan were engaged by the Ministry of Education, Rotorua Property Office to undertake Stages 1 & 2 of the redevelopment of Tauranga Intermediate School, Tauranga. The school was required to remain fully operational during this redevelopment.
The work included engaging design consultants and liaising with the school Board of Trustees and providing the school with a new Technology Block, New Hall and the refurbishment of eight classrooms & retrofit of the existing hall to a new Library. |

CLEVEDON SCHOOL LITERACY CENTRE,

PacMan were engaged by the Clevedon School Board of Trustees to undertake the project management services for their new Library and multi purpose facility at Clevedon School south of Auckland.
The project provided a new Library of 120 square meters a new multi purpose space of 65 sq. meters and a Resource Room of 35 sq. meters, which was all constructed over a bank, which provides the school with the future option and use of substantial space beneath. |

DE LA SALLE COLLEGE – MULTI PURPOSE FACILITY,
AUCKLAND, VALUE $3.1 MILLION |

PaCMan were engaged by the Auckland Catholic Schools Office to manage the design and construction of a new multi purpose facility at De La Salle College.
This project encompassed approximately 2,650 square meters of additional floor space providing a new gymnasium and auditorium with stage, fitness room, tuck shop and storage areas plus 9 new classrooms. The project was sourced through a design and build proposal received from a contractor. |
