ST. JOHNS CATHOLIC CHURCH,

PaCMan were engaged by the Roman Catholic
Hibiscus Coast Parish to project manage the site works,
building relocation and development of the 531 seat new
parish church in Orewa, north of Auckland.
The project required the complete redevelopment of the
site whilst maintaining on going parish services including
regular church services. As only one access and entry was
available considerable emphasis on safety during
construction was necessary. |

ST. JUDES CHURCH AND

PacMan acted as overall Project and
Construction manager for Tongan Methodist community in
Grey Lynn, Auckland. The building was constructed on 3
levels behind a piled curtain retaining wall. The Project
was successfully completed to a tight program in order to
meet the date set for the opening by his Excellency the
King of Tonga. |

PaCMan were engaged by the Roman Catholic Diocese of Auckland to project manage the design and construction of a new parish church and the conversion of the existing church to a community hall. Ongoing services were to be provided to parishioners throughout the development.
The development provided an 850 seat new church and associated foyer and preparation rooms, a 350 sq. meter hall, and parish offices and meeting rooms along with associated car parking for 157 cars. |
