DEMOLITION OF MARSDEN POWER STATION
VALUE $3.5 MILLION
PaCMan acted as Project Manager for the careful dismantling of the non functioning parts of Marsden 'A' Power Station in compliance with the best environmental practice. Included was the precision felling of two 120m high reinforced concrete chimneys by implosion. The chimneys landed within millimetres of the target.
'TURNKEY' BUFFALO MEAT
PROCESSING FACILITY,
PUNJAB, INDIA, VALUE $15 MILLION
PaCMan acted as Site Project Manager during the design, fabrication, erection and commissioning of the Buffalo Processing facility, including overseeing the construction of foundations whilst also co-ordinating the local civil consultant and contractors.
MACRAES GOLD MINE PLANT
OTAGO, VALUE $3 MILLION
PacMan acted as the mines site representative during the expansion of the mines processing facilities for increased gold recovery, including programming of shutdowns to minimise loss of production.
CLYDE POWER PROJECT
LANDSLIDE STABILISATION,
OTAGO, VALUE $300 MILLION
PacMan acted as Contract Administrator responsible for administering and finalising the contracts associated with the Landslide Stabilisation Project situated behind the Clyde Dam in Central Otago. Extensive use of Target Cost Contracts were successfully used on this Project.
MODIFICATION TO WOOL DUMP PRESSES,
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND, VALUE $1.5 MILLION
PaCMan was engaged to co-ordinate and install design modifications to 14 single bale dump presses, including planning & organising a sequence of modifications that required the addition of some 5 tonnes of replacement parts to each press.
